*Note: For postage delivery items, we cannot guaranteed the condition will be the same as it is being handled over by shipping company before reaching to you.


I have received a product that I have not ordered. What should I do?
Please contact our salesperson at femmecloset@gmail.com regarding wrong product received. Our salesperson will contact you immediately and deliver to your doorstep free of charge for exchange.


I have not receive my product till date. What should I do now?

FemmeCloset does not held the responsibility for any lost items.However, if you have chose Registered Mail Delivery Method, you may check your parcel status with the provided tracking ID found in your order invoice at SINGPOST. FemmeCloset strongly encourage customers to choose Registered Mail Delivery method.
