1. We accept all orders from Singapore only.Drop us an email at femmecloset@gmail.com
2. State clearly the item that you want, quantity, your name, contact number and mailing address.

3. We'll contact you within 1-2 days for confirmation. Please read our Payment , Delivery and Packaging Methods before ordering.

PAYMENT METHOD
1. Internet banking/ATM machine transfer to either one of the following bank accounts:

Please note that payment should be made within 3 days after confirmation of order.Order will be void if payment not made within payment period or payment amount not correct. We will send you an email with the order reference number. You will need to use the reference number during internet transfer.If you are using ATM transfer, please email us your account number along with the order reference no.Lastly, please send us an email indicating that you have transferred over the money to our account with your order reference number and date of transferred. We will send you a sms notification/email when we have received your payment as well as delivery status.

DELIVERY METHOD
Singapore Post Delivery Method - Local
- Regular Non-standard Mail - Low cost starting from $0.50 stamp fee for orders less than 40grams ( 1 or 2 hair clips/ties OR 1 butterfly series OR 1 hair sticks). For orders above 40g, we will advice you on the stamp fee. Mail is dropped into your letter box.
- Registered Non- standard Mail - Flat rate of SGD$2.50 applies on top of total purchase price. Needs receipents signature to receive item. (Recommended)

PACKAGING
Items are packed in either of the following options :
1) Brown bubbled envelope. - Additional cost of $0.71
2) Normal Letter Envelope - Free of charge.
Bubble envelope are our recommended mode of packaging as the item will not be damaged during the delivery process.

FemmeCloset does not held the responsibility for any lost items. We encourage customers to choose Registered Mail Delivery method.
